Pilz PILZ-630381 is a safety light curtain designed for access and body protection, featuring a single beam emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C for operation and -25 to +70°C for storage. This part is equipped with a 4-pin M12 male connector for both the emitter and receiver, ensuring a secure connection. It falls under the Barrier sub-range and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. The supply voltage required is between 20Vdc and 30Vdc, with an optimal operation at 24Vdc. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel body shape is constructed from ABS housing, with a PC fixing nut and a PMMA optical surface for durability. The PILZ-630381 has a length of 55mm and supports a maximum cable length of 50m. It can detect objects within a sensing distance of 0 to 8m and utilizes an infrared LED light source. The device features two digital outputs (PNP; 150mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, a response time of 1ms, and a current consumption of 30mA.
