Pilz PILZ-570830 is a handle-operated door lock designed for enhanced security and functionality in automation environments. It features a transponder safety gate system complemented by a variety of control buttons: two illuminated push-buttons for activating the safety gate and an additional function, one non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, a three-position key switch, and a section stop push-button with a 5-pin M12 connection that also serves as a sensing device. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, two illuminated and one non-illuminated push-buttons, one section stop push-button, and one key-operated push-button switch part only. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections and a 5-pin M12 connector for connectivity. The dimensions are W46.5mm x H568mm x L74.5mm, and it has an IP54 degree of protection against dust and water splashes. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, operating in a power-to-unlock mode. It includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and integration into safety systems.
