Pilz PILZ-570824 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a transponder safety gate system. It includes two illuminated push-buttons for activating and interlocking the safety gate, a non-illuminated push-button for access, a three-position key switch, and an emergency stop with a 5-pin M12 connection. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with guard locking, safe interlock coding, two illuminated push-buttons, one non-illuminated push-button, an emergency stop, and a key-operated push-button switch part only. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections and a 5-pin M12 connector. The dimensions are W46.5mm x H568mm x L74.5mm, with an IP54 degree of protection. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage, consumes 2W of power, and operates in a power-to-unlock mode. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
