Pilz PILZ-570821 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes three illuminated push-buttons, one key button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and one blind cover sensing device equipped with pushbuttons, color cap, and escape release bar and actuator suitable for both right or left hinged gates. This product operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock coded switch, three illuminated push buttons, one key switch, one blind cover switch plus actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions are W200mm x H555mm x L108mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP54, ensuring protection against dust and splashing water. It requires a supply voltage of 24Vdc and has a power consumption of 2W. The operating mode is power-to-unlock, and it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for connectivity and control.
