Pilz PILZ-570816 is a handle-operated door lock designed for enhanced security and functionality in automation environments. It features a transponder safety gate system complemented by a variety of push-buttons: one illuminated button for activating the safety gate, one non-illuminated for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and three additional illuminated buttons, including a section stop sensing device with pushbuttons for spare parts. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is constructed with a guard locking safe interlock coded switch, incorporating three illuminated push buttons, one non-illuminated push button, and one section stop push button. The connection type is a plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connection, ensuring easy installation and maintenance. With dimensions of W46.5mm x H555mm x L74.5mm and an IP54 degree of protection, it is built to withstand challenging conditions. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W, operating in a power-to-unlock mode. It also includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and integration into safety systems.
