Pilz PILZ-570812 is a door lock automation part designed for handle-operated applications, featuring a transponder safety gate system. It includes three illuminated push-buttons for various control functions, one non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and an E-stop sensing device push-button as a spare part. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock coded switch, incorporating both illuminated and non-illuminated push-buttons, along with an E-stop switch part. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation, with dimensions of W46.5mm x H555mm x L74.5mm. The PILZ-570812 provides an IP54 degree of protection, operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage with a power consumption of 2W, and features a power-to-unlock operating mode. It includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and safety functionalities.
