Pilz PILZ-570803 is a door lock designed for handle-operated applications, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes an illuminated push-button for activating the safety gate, a key button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and an E-stop sensing device equipped with color caps and an escape release bar. The actuator is adaptable for both right and left-hinged gates. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, one illuminated push button, one E-stop, and one key switch, plus an actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation. The dimensions are W200mm x H465mm x L108mm, and it has an IP54 degree of protection against dust and water splashes. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W. Its operating mode is power-to-unlock, featuring 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and safety functionalities.
