Pilz PILZ-570584 is a magnetic transponder safety gate system designed for door locking applications. It features a fully coded switch with extended diagnostic functions and can switch safe semiconductor outputs when the gate is closed, operating independently from guard locking. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and connects via an 8-pin M12 male connector. With dimensions of W45mm x H122mm x L44mm and an IP67 degree of protection, it is built for durability. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and it is constructed from PBT material. The sensing distance is 15mm (Sao), and it has a power consumption of 4.8 W. Additionally, it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; 500mA) and 3 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 5mA).
