Pilz PILZ-570581 is a magnetic transponder safety gate system designed for door locking applications. It features an add-on function that allows it to switch safe semiconductor outputs when the gate is closed, operating independently from guard locking. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is designed with a free-moving actuator, fully coded switch, and extended diagnostic function for enhanced performance monitoring. It connects via an 8-pin M12 male connector and has dimensions of W45mm x H122mm x L44mm, ensuring a compact fit for various installations. The PILZ-570581 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in demanding environments. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage and is constructed from PBT material for durability. The sensing distance is 15mm (Sao), with a power consumption of 4.8 W. For interfacing, it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; 500mA) and 3 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 5mA), facilitating versatile integration into safety systems.
