Pilz PILZ-570565 is a magnetic transponder safety gate system designed for door locking applications. It features a standard actuator coded switch with OSSDs (Output Signal Switching Devices) that operate independently of guard locking, ensuring the switch of safe semiconductor outputs when the gate is closed. This part is equipped with an 8-pin M12 male connector for connectivity and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The PILZ-570565 has dimensions of W45mm x H122mm x L44mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage and is constructed from PBT material. The sensing distance of the device is 15mm (Sao), with a power consumption of 4.8 W. Additionally, it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; 500mA) and 3 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 5mA) for enhanced functionality.
