Pilz PILZ-570435 is a tongue-operated door lock designed as part of a transponder safety gate system. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and features a guard locking round actuator with a coded switch, making it suitable for series connection in a solenoid-operated design. This part is pre-wired with a 230mm pigtail that terminates with a 12-pin M12 connector, ensuring easy integration. With dimensions of W40mm x H217.2mm x L40mm and an IP67 degree of protection, it is built to withstand demanding environments. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, with a power consumption of 1 W. It supports both power-to-lock and power-to-unlock operating modes and includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD outputs) for enhanced functionality.
