Pilz PILZ-570432 is a tongue-operated door lock designed for enhanced security and safety in automated environments. This transponder safety gate system operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60 °C. It features a unique coding switch, automatic reset, and is series-connectable, making it versatile for various applications. The solenoid-operated design ensures secure locking and unlocking mechanisms. It comes pre-wired with a 230mm pigtail that terminates with a 12-pin M12 connector for easy installation. The dimensions of this part are W40mm x H217.2mm x L40mm, offering a compact form factor without compromising on functionality. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is well-suited for demanding environments. The supply voltage required for operation is 24Vdc, and it has a low power consumption of 1 W. The operating modes include both power-to-lock and power-to-unlock for flexibility in control. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 x digital outputs (OSSD outputs) for integration into safety systems.
