Pilz PILZ-570430 is a tongue-operated door lock designed as a transponder safety gate system. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60 °C and features a guard locking coded switch that is solenoid-operated with an auto-reset function, suitable for series connection. This part is pre-wired with a 230mm pigtail that terminates with a 12-pin M12 connector. It has dimensions of W40mm x H217.2mm x L40mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The supply voltage required for operation is 24Vdc, with a power consumption of 1 W. It supports both power-to-lock and power-to-unlock operating modes and includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD outputs) for integration into safety systems.
