Pilz PILZ-570425 is a tongue-operated door lock designed as a transponder safety gate system. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and features a guard locking actuator with a fully coded switch, automatic reset, and a basic version that is solenoid-operated. This part is pre-wired with a 230mm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin M12 connector. It has dimensions of W40mm x H217.2mm x L40mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The supply voltage required for operation is 24Vdc, with a power consumption of 1 W. It supports both power-to-lock and power-to-unlock operating modes and includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD outputs) for integration into safety systems.
