Pilz PILZ-570424 is a tongue-operated door lock designed as a transponder safety gate system. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and features a guard locking coded switch part only with an automatic reset. This basic version is solenoid-operated and comes pre-wired with a 230mm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin M12 connector. The dimensions of this part are W40mm x H217.2mm x L40mm, and it boasts an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It requires a supply voltage of 24Vdc and has a power consumption of 1 W. The operating mode can be either power-to-lock or power-to-unlock, and it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD outputs) for integration into safety systems.
