Pilz PILZ-544021 is a tongue-operated door lock designed for safety door switching with the capability of 5 actuation directions, including from the top. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and features a guard locking standard actuation with auxiliary release and spring-force interlocking type. This part has a rated current of 2.5A for both 240Vac (AC-1) and 230Vac (AC-15) with a 5-pin M12 connector for connection. It is part of the PSEN me1 sub-range and has dimensions of W42.5mm x H184mm x L51mm. With an IP67 degree of protection, it supports a supply voltage of 24Vac and 24Vdc, consuming 4.4 W of power. The operating mode is power-to-unlock, and it includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with a latching force of 27N. The contacts type is configured as 2NO + 2NC.
