Pilz PILZ-542159 is a non-contact door switch featuring RFID transponder safety technology with the capability for 8 teach-in processes. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed as a fully coded switch with a slim profile, incorporating 2 safety inputs for series connection and supports 1-actuation direction with 3 approach directions. This model connects via a 5-pin M12 male connector and measures W101.6mm x H26.4mm x L19mm. It is protected to IP66 and IP67 standards, ensuring durability in various environments. The switch operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and has a rectangular shape. It offers an 11mm operating distance at square marking, with a sensing distance of 8mm (Sao) to 20mm (Sar), and consumes 1W of power. Additionally, it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 100mA) for enhanced functionality.
