Pilz PILZ-542109 is a non-contact door switch featuring complete RFID transponder safety switch technology with the capability for 8 teach-in processes. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed with fully coded switch magnetic latching in a slim form factor. This part includes 2 safety inputs for series connection and supports 1-actuation direction with 3 approach directions. It connects via an 8-pin M12 male connector and measures W101.6mm x H26.4mm x L19mm. The PILZ-542109 offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 and IP67, requires a 24Vdc supply voltage, and has a rectangular switch shape. Its sensing distance is specified as 11mm operating distance at square marking, 8mm (Sao), and 20mm (Sar), with a power consumption of 1 W. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 100mA).
