Pilz PILZ-542059 is a non-contact door switch featuring RFID transponder safety switch technology. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed as a coded switch with magnetic latching, only in a slim design. This part includes 2 safety inputs for series connection and supports 1-actuation direction with 3 approach directions. It connects via a 5-pin M12 male connector and has dimensions of W101.6mm x H26.4mm x L19mm. The PILZ-542059 offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 and IP67, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage and has a rectangular shape. The sensing distance is specified as 11mm operating distance at square marking, with 8mm (Sao) and 20mm (Sar) distances noted. Power consumption is minimal at 1 W, and it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 100mA) for connectivity.
