Pilz PILZ-542050 is a non-contact door switch featuring RFID transponder safety switch technology. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed as a coded switch with a slim profile, incorporating 2 safety inputs for series connection and supports 1-actuation direction with 3 approach directions. This model connects via a 5-pin M12 male connector and has dimensions of W101.6mm x H26.4mm x L19mm. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 and IP67, ensuring its suitability for various environmental conditions. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and it has a rectangular shape. The sensing distance is specified as 11mm operating distance at square marking, with 8mm (Sao) and 20mm (Sar) distances noted. Power consumption is minimal at 1 W, and it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 100mA) for connectivity.
