Pilz PILZ-541114 is a non-contact door switch featuring complete RFID transponder safety switch functionality and support for SDD 8 teach-in processes. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and boasts a fully coded, compact design with 2 safety inputs for series connection and a single actuation direction. This part is pre-wired with a 10m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. With dimensions of W26mm x H37mm x L18mm and an IP69K degree of protection, it is designed for durability in harsh environments. The supply voltage requirement is 24Vdc, and it has a rectangular shape. The sensing distance is specified as an 11mm operating distance with 8mm (Sao) and up to 20mm (Sar), while the power consumption is minimal at 1 W. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 100mA) for reliable integration into safety systems.
