Pilz PILZ-541009 is a non-contact door switch featuring complete RFID transponder safety switch technology. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed as an actuated coded switch with a compact form factor, including 2 safety inputs for series connection and a single actuation direction. This model connects via a 5-pin M12 male connector and measures W26mm x H37mm x L18mm. It boasts an IP69K degree of protection, making it highly resistant to dust and water ingress. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and it has a rectangular shape. The sensing distance is specified with an 11mm operating distance, 8mm (Sao), and 20mm (Sar), with a power consumption of 1 W. Additionally, it features 2 digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 100mA) for enhanced functionality.
