Pilz PILZ-540130 is a communications unit designed for Ethernet/IP applications, featuring a communication module that supports Ethernet/IP log and adapter functions with a maximum data length for the fieldbus interface input/output combined at 512 Byte. It offers galvanic isolation for potential separation between Ethernet/IP and system voltage with functional insulation rated at a surge voltage of 2500V. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting, specifically on a 35mmx7.5mm rail, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. The device dimensions are W45mm x H115mm x L95mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP20. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage and is housed in a PC material. The net dimensions include a width of 45mm and a depth of 95mm. For connectivity, it uses an RJ45 connector and supports plug-in/detachable screw or spring-loaded terminal connections accommodating a cross-section of 0.25 to 2.5mm2 / 24AWG to 12AWG (1-core flexible; screw connection).
