Pilz PILZ-540103 is a non-contact door switch featuring complete RFID transponder safety switch technology and support for SDD 8 teach-in processes. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed as an act. fully coded switch with a large design, including 2 safety inputs for series connection and 1-actuation direction with 3 approach directions. This part utilizes an 8-pin M12 male connector for its connection type and has dimensions of W40mm x H75mm x L40mm. It is protected to a degree of IP67, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and it has a rectangular shape. The sensing distance is specified as 21mm operating distance, 15mm (Sao), and 40mm (Sar), with a power consumption of 2 W. Additionally, it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 500mA) for enhanced functionality.
