Pilz PILZ-540000 is a non-contact door switch featuring complete RFID transponder safety switch technology. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is designed as an actuated, coded switch with a large design, incorporating 2 safety inputs for series connection and 1-actuation direction with 3 approach directions. This part offers a 5-pin M12 male connector for its connection type and has dimensions of W40mm x H75mm x L40mm. It is protected to a degree of IP67, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and it has a rectangular shape. The sensing distance is specified with an operating distance of 21mm, Sao of 15mm, and Sar of 40mm. Power consumption is rated at 2 W, and it includes 2 x digital outputs (OSSD safety outputs; semiconductor; 500mA) for connectivity.
