Pilz PILZ-524128 is a non-contact magnetic safety door switch designed for a variety of safety applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +70 degrees Celsius and features a protective cap switch, suitable for series connection to electronic or electromechanical relays. This model comes pre-wired with a 10-meter cable that terminates in bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. The switch dimensions are W26mm x H36mm x L13mm, ensuring a compact fit for most machinery. It boasts a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67 and IP69K, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The square-shaped switch is constructed with a PBT housing and PUR cable insulation, ensuring durability. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and has a yellow housing for visibility. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 26mm (Sar), and it includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts with a reed contact type, without any Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
