Pilz PILZ-506308 is a magnetic safety door switch designed for non-contact operation, featuring a pre-wired 20cm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin M8 connector for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and is suitable for series connection in electronic or electromechanical relay systems. The switch has dimensions of W26.4mm x H37mm x L18mm, ensuring a compact fit for various applications. It boasts an IP65 and IP67 degree of protection, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The square-shaped switch is constructed with a PBT housing in yellow, highlighting its visibility. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and offers a sensing distance of 3mm or 10mm, depending on the actuator used. The PILZ-506308 is equipped with 2 Normally Open (NO) safety contacts and does not include Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. The contacts are of the 2NO (safety contact; reed) type, ensuring secure operation in safety-critical applications.
