Pilz PILZ-506246 is a non-contact door switch designed for complete magnetic safety switching. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +80°C and is suitable for act series connection for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This switch features a 12mm diameter, pre-wired with a 10m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, and has dimensions of W12mm x H12mm x L76mm. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67 and IP69K, making it suitable for demanding environments. The switch is constructed with a stainless steel housing and PUR cable insulation, ensuring durability. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and offers a sensing distance of 8mm (Sao) to 18mm (Sar). The PILZ-506246 includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, with contact types being 2NO (safety contact; reed) + 1NO (aux. contact), and does not include Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. Its shape is an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel switch with a round actuator.
