Pilz PILZ-506222 is a non-contact door switch designed for complete magnetic safety switching. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is suitable for act series connection for electronic/electromechanical relays. This model comes pre-wired with a 10m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. The dimensions of the switch are W12mm x H11mm x L59.2mm, and it boasts an IP67 degree of protection, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The switch has an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with a round actuator. It is constructed with a PBT housing and PUR cable insulation for durability. The rated voltage is 24Vdc, and it features a yellow housing for visibility. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 15mm (Sar), and it includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, with the contact configuration being 2NO (safety contact; reed) + 1NO (auxiliary contact), and no Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
