PILZ-506220 Pilz Safety Switches

Pilz PILZ-506220 is a non-contact door switch designed for magnetic safety applications. It features a complete magnetic safety switch functionality and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. This switch is designed for actuator series connection suitable for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. It comes pre-wired with a 5-meter cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. The dimensions of the switch are W12mm x H11mm x L59.1mm, and it boasts an IP67 degree of protection, indicating its dust tightness and immersion resistance. The switch has an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape for round actuator engagement. It is constructed with a PBT housing and PUR cable insulation for durability. The rated voltage for switching is 24Vdc. Its housing is colored yellow for easy identification. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 15mm (Sar), and it includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, specifically 2NO for safety contacts (reed) and 1NO for auxiliary contact, with no Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
