Pilz PILZ-505220 is a non-contact door switch designed for safety applications, featuring a complete magnetic safety switch mechanism. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and is designed with an actuated single connection suitable for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This switch has a diameter of 30mm and supports a rated current of 0.5A for safety-contact maximum current. It utilizes a 4-pin M8 male connector for its connection type and has dimensions of W30mm x H30mm x L42.7mm. The PILZ-505220 offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, with a M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel switch design and a round actuator. The housing is made of PBT material, ensuring durability. It operates with a rated voltage of 24Vdc and features a yellow housing for visibility. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 26mm (Sar), and it includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts without any Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. The contacts type is 2NO (safety contact; reed), designed for reliable operation in various safety applications.
