Pilz PILZ-503220 is a non-contact door switch designed for safety applications, featuring a complete magnetic safety switch mechanism. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is designed for series connection to electronic relays. This switch has a 30mm diameter, supports a rated current of 0.01A for the safety-contact maximum current, and utilizes a 4-pin M8 male connector for connections. The dimensions of the switch are W30mm x H30mm x L44.9mm, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The switch has an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with a round actuator, constructed from PBT housing for durability. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and features a yellow housing for visibility. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 26mm (Sar), and it includes 1 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contact and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact, with the contact type being 1NO + 1NC (safety contact; reed).
