Pilz PILZ-400464 is an illuminated emergency stop push-button with a contact block set designed for wall mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 103 mm. The device features a surface mount housing with a symbol and logo inscription compatible with AIDA, a 55mm head diameter, and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), a minimum contact current of 1mA, and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. The connection is facilitated through a 5-pin M12 connector. The supply voltage ranges from 12Vac to 30Vac (24Vac nominal) for AC and 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for DC. This push-button is IP65 protected, has a round shape, and is made from AgNi contact material with a red button color. Its dimensions include a net width of 72 mm and a net depth of 85 mm. The operating mode is a rotational release type (turn left/right), and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +80°C. It has 0 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, a response time of 10ms, a rated insulation voltage of 250 V, and a mechanical durability of 20,000 operations at no load.
