Pilz PILZ-400463 is an emergency stop push-button set designed for wall mounting. It features a surface mount housing compatible with AIDA and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 103.2 mm, with a 72mm head diameter and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It supports a rated current of 0.3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), with a minimum operating current of 5mA, a short circuit current condition of 100A, a residual current of 3μA, a maximum thermal current (Ith) of 3A, and contact fuse protection of 1A. Connection is facilitated through a 5-pin M12 connector for AIDA pin and spring-loaded terminal connections. The device offers an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-27.6Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The round button is made from AgNi contact material and features a black button color, with a yellow and red LED indicating lights. It has a power consumption of 2.1 W, a net width of 72 mm, and a net depth of 91.8 mm. The operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right. It can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +75°C. The push-button set has no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, two Normally Closed (NC) self-monitoring contacts, a response time of 10ms, a rated impulse voltage of 0.5 kV, a rated insulation voltage of 50 V, and a mechanical durability of 6050 operations at no load, with a voltage drop of 0.5 V.
