Pilz PILZ-400461 is an emergency stop push-button set designed for surface mount housing compatible with AIDA. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 124.5 mm, with a 72mm head diameter and a 22.3mm installation diameter. This push-button is rated for a current of 0.3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), with a minimum operating current of 5mA, a short circuit condition current of 100A, a residual current of 3μA, and a maximum thermal current (Ith) of 0.3A, with contact fuse protection rated up to 1A. It features a 5-pin M12 connector for AIDA pin connection, offers a degree of protection of IP65, and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-27.6Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The round button is made from AgNi contact material, has a black color, and measures 72.1 mm in width with a net depth of 86 mm. It includes yellow and red LEDs, consuming 2.1 W of power. The operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +75°C. The device has no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, but includes 2 Normally Closed (NC) self-monitoring contacts, with a response time of 10ms, a rated impulse voltage of 0.5 kV, and a rated insulation voltage of 50 V. It is designed for mechanical durability of 6050 operations at no load, with a voltage drop of 0.5 V.
