Pilz PILZ-400460 is an emergency stop push-button set designed for surface mounting, featuring a round button with a diameter of 72mm for the head and an installation diameter of 22.3mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C for operation and -25 to +75°C for storage. This model is equipped with a 5-pin M12 connector suitable for PDP67 8DI ION, ensuring a secure connection. The device has a rated current of 0.3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), with a minimum operating current of 5mA and a maximum of 0.3A (Ith), including a short circuit current condition of 100A and a residual current of 3μA. It also features a contact fuse protection rated at max 1A. The PILZ-400460 offers an IP65 degree of protection, with a supply voltage range of 19.2-27.6Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The push-button is made from AgNi contact material and comes in black, with a yellow and red LED indicating operation, consuming 2.1W of power. Its dimensions are 124.5mm in height, 72.1mm in width, and 86mm in depth. The operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right to disengage. It includes 2NC (self-monitoring) contacts, with a response time of 10ms, a rated impulse voltage of 0.5kV, and a rated insulation voltage of 50V.
