Pilz PILZ-400459 is an emergency stop push-button set designed for front panel mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 86.4 mm, with a 65mm head diameter and 22.3mm installation diameter. This push-button is rated for a current of 0.3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), with a minimum operating current of 5mA, a maximum residual current of 3μA, and a contact fuse protection of up to 1A. It features spring-loaded terminal connections and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-27.6Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The round button is made from AgNi contact material and is black, with a yellow and red LED indicating light, consuming 2.1 W of power. The net width and depth are both 65 mm. It employs a rotational release operating mode, allowing for turning left or right to disengage. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +75°C. It has no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts but includes 2 Normally Closed (NC) self-monitoring contacts, with a response time of 10ms (0.01 s), a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 0.5 kV, and a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 50 V.
