Pilz PILZ-400457 is a push-button emergency stop device featuring an E-stop push-button and contact block set designed for front panel mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +70°C and has a net height of 100 mm with a head diameter of 31.5mm and an installation diameter of 22.3mm. The rated current specifications include 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), a minimum contact current of 1mA, and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. This device offers screw-type terminal connections and is protected to a degree of IP65. The round button, made from AgNi contact material, is red and has a net width of 52 mm. Its operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right to disengage. The storage ambient air temperature range is -50 to +85°C. It has 0 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, and is capable of 20,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
