Pilz PILZ-400452 is an illuminated emergency stop push-button with a contact block set designed for wall mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 103 mm. The device features a surface mount housing with symbol and logo inscription, a 55mm head diameter, and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It has a rated current of 44mA for inrush current, 15mA for input current range, 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), a minimum contact current of 1mA, and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. The connection is facilitated through a 5-pin M12 connector. The supply voltage ranges from 12Vac to 30Vac (24Vac nominal) for AC and 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for DC, with a degree of protection rated at IP65. The round button is made of AgNi contact material and is red, with a net width of 72 mm and a depth of 85 mm. It features a yellow LED light and operates with a rotational release type mechanism (turn left/right). The storage ambient air temperature range is -25 to +80°C. It has 0 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, a response time of 10ms, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, and is capable of 20,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
