Pilz PILZ-400443 is an emergency push-button designed for front panel mounting with a key release type operation (turn right). It features an E-stop push-button and a contact block set, encapsulated in a round button shape with a red button color and symbol and logo inscription for clear identification. The device has a net height of 93 mm and a net width of 55 mm, with a 55mm head diameter and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55 °C for operation and -50 to +85 °C for storage. The PILZ-400443 is rated for currents of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 5mA and a thermal current (Ith) of 10A. It utilizes spring-loaded terminal connections for secure wiring and boasts an IP65 degree of protection. The material of the contact is AgNi, ensuring durability and a reliable connection. This model includes 2NC (with self-monitoring) contacts type, with no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, and is designed to withstand 50,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
