Pilz PILZ-400441 is a push-button designed for emergency stop functions with a contact block set suitable for front panel mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 92 mm. This part is specifically designed for the hygienic range, featuring a round button with a 31.5mm head diameter and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 5mA and a thermal current (Ith) of 10A. The connection is made through spring-loaded terminal connections, and it boasts an IP69K degree of protection. The material of the contact is AgNi, and the button is red. The net width of the part is 44 mm. It employs a rotational release type operating mode, allowing for turning left or right to release. The storage temperature range is -50 to +85°C.
