Pilz PILZ-400439 is a push-button designed for emergency stop functions with a contact block set suitable for front panel mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +70°C for operation and -50 to +85°C for storage. This model features a net height of 100 mm, a round button shape with a diameter of 31.5mm for the head and 22.3mm for installation, and is designed for the hygienic range. It supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 1mA and a rated thermal current (Ith) of 16A. The connection is made through screw-type terminal connections. The PILZ-400439 offers a degree of protection rated at IP69K and is constructed with an AgNi contact material. The button color is red, with a net width of 50 mm. Its operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right to disengage. The unit has 0 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, featuring 2NC contacts with self-monitoring capabilities. The response time is noted as 10ms / 0.01 s, with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V. Mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations at no load.
