Pilz PILZ-400435 is a push-button designed for emergency stop functions with illumination. It features a front panel mounting mode and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 100 mm and is designed with a symbol and logo inscription on a round button with a diameter of 55mm for the head and 22.3mm for installation. It supports a rated current of 44mA for inrush, 15mA for input range, 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 1mA and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. Connection is facilitated through screw-type terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 12Vac to 30Vac (24Vac nominal) for AC and 12Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for DC, ensuring compatibility with various power sources. It boasts an IP65 degree of protection, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water. The button is made from AgNi contact material and features a red color with a yellow LED light. Its operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turn left or right actions. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +80°C. It has no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts but includes 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring capabilities. The response time is noted at 10ms, and it has a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V. Mechanical durability is rated at 20,000 operations at no load, ensuring longevity in its operational life.
