Pilz PILZ-400434 is an emergency push-button designed for front panel mounting with a main function as an E-stop push-button and contact block set. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 92 mm. The design features a large button symbol and logo inscription, with a head diameter of 68mm and an installation diameter of 22.3mm. It is rated for currents of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 5mA and a thermal current (Ith) of 10A. The connection type is spring-loaded terminal connections, and it offers a degree of protection of IP65. The round button is made from AgNi contact material and is red, with a net width of 68 mm. Its operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right to release. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -50 to +85°C. It has 0 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, and is capable of 50,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
