Pilz PILZ-400433 is an emergency stop push-button designed for front panel mounting, featuring a large button symbol and logo inscription for clear identification. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +70°C and has a net height of 87 mm with a diameter of 68mm for the head and 22.3mm for installation. This push-button supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), and a minimum contact current of 1mA with a maximum thermal current (Ith) of 16A. It offers screw-type terminal connections for secure wiring and boasts an IP65 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. The round button, made from AgNi contact material, is red, with a net width of 74 mm. It features a rotational release type operating mode, allowing for activation by turning left or right. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -50 to +85°C. It includes 0 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, ensuring a response time of 10ms/0.01 s. The rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 250 V, and it has a mechanical durability of 20,000 operations at no load.
