Part#:PILZ-328402
Manufacturer:Pilz
Category:I/O Modules
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-328402 is an I/O unit designed as a digital output electronic module featuring four digital outputs with normally open (NO) relay contacts, capable of handling both inductive and resistive loads. It offers potential isolation with protective separation between the relay output, periphery supply, and module supply, all rated at a surge voltage of 6000V, as well as between the periphery supply and module supply with functional insulation rated at a surge voltage of 2500V. This unit is suitable for backplane or rackmount installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55 °C. The device, with a net height of 110.8 mm, width of 25 mm, and depth of 75.3 mm, is designed under device code 001Eh with 4 ST output bits and utilizes plug-in/detachable cage-clamp terminal connections. Classified under the Standard I/O module sub-range, it has an IP20 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 16.8-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Constructed with a PPE housing and AgSnO2 contacts, it has a module supply power consumption of 0.2 W and a periphery supply module power consumption with no load of 1.2 W. The unit can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +70 °C, has a mechanical durability of 50,000,000 operations at no load, a current consumption of 40mA with no load on the periphery supply, maximum power dissipation/losses of 1.4 W, and an output processing time of maximum 50 ms for signal changes from "1" to "0" and "0" to "1".
