PILZ-328131 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-328131 is a digital I/O electronic safety module designed for backplane or rackmount installation. It features potential isolation between input and module supply with functional insulation and a rated surge voltage of 2500V. The unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and has a net height of 110.8 mm. Its design includes device code 4040h with 8 ST input bits plus 8 ST status bits, and it utilizes plug-in/detachable cage-clamp terminal connections. As part of the Safe I/O module sub-range, it offers a degree of protection of IP20 and requires a supply voltage of 16.8-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The housing is made of PPE material, and the module has a net width of 12.5 mm and a net depth of 72.5 mm. It can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The maximum power dissipation/losses are 2.3 W, and it has a processing time with a software filter time of 0-10 ms.
