ABB 1SAM580000R1009 is a Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) featuring thermal-magnetic motor protection. It is designed with screw-clamp connections and offers an adjustable rated current of 70A to 90A. This MPCB supports a rated voltage (AC) of IP20 and operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C for operation and -50 to +80°C for storage. It is equipped with a 3-pole (3P) configuration and provides short circuit protection, phase failure/loss, and thermal overload protection. The device has a net width of 165 mm, a net depth of 174 mm, and mounts on a DIN rail. It operates with a control voltage (AC) of 690 V and is capable of 25,000 operations. The MPCB supports a rated power of 30HP (UL/CSA at 208Vac) and 75HP (UL/CSA at 440-480Vac), with a primary voltage designed for 50,000 operations.
