PILZ-777303 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-777303 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel safety relay contact expansion module with instantaneous contact expansion. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. As part of the PZE X5P sub-range, it measures 45mm in width, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the device consumes 3.5 W of power with a net depth of 121 mm. It operates in single-channel or dual-channel modes, with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and includes 5 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs. The protection functions include 2 operating modes, and it also features 2 x digital inputs and 1 x feedback loop input.
