PILZ-777100 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-777100 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 90 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it accepts a supply voltage of 93.5-132Vac (110Vac / 120Vac nominal) or 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it consumes 9 VA of power. The relay offers 7 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 2 x auxiliary semiconductor outputs. It also includes digital inputs for enhanced functionality and protection features such as detection of shorts across contacts.
